POP UP OUTDOOR CLASS SATURDAY AUGUST 15TH!
Yoga Sutra 1.22 states: "The practice [of attaining the state of yoga] can be light, moderate or intensive." This applies not only to the physical practices of yoga, but even more so to one's desire for positive transformation and growth - ultimately, for enlightenment. Thus, you'll have the choice of three kinds of practice with me: Beginners level 1 (mr̥du - light/gentle), Ashtanga yoga level 2 (madhya - moderate), Ashtanga yoga level 3 (adhimātra - intense.) All three classes are well-rounded, sensible, dynamic, flowing, accessible (and fun) and will be taught with wisdom, lightheartedness, and love. Each class will also include gentle breathing exercises (pranayama) to further aid your cardiovascular, immune and nervous systems, too.
