THE FIRE

The Fire is a multigenerational
event for women, a sacred gathering centered around an outdoor fire, where we listen to and integrate a diversity of women's voices, with lightness and mutual support. Instead of showering women with consumer products, the Fire is a women's gathering intended to bring the gifts of empowerment, release and transformation. |

We will burn away what is not needed,
digest what needs to be integrated, and let go of what has been holding us back. ᯽ The Fire will happen again starting in the Spring of 2025! ᯽There will be collective singing, too - blending our voices together in song and harmony, to honor both each other and the Fire.
᯽The experience will include lots of listening to each other, sharing our thoughts and stories - when/if we feel ready - and supporting each other with compassion and a gentle, silent, affirming, witnessing presence. ᯽We'll follow mutually agreed upon rules of good communication and good conduct with each other, knowing that other voices, other ways of trying to communicate, are sometimes challenging, awkward, or even difficult. ᯽We'll learn to let go of being judgemental, and drop in to being curious. |

so the Fire can speak to us and teach us its wisdom.

As this is an intentional, sacred event, there will be NO intoxicants.
Water, herbal tea and/or cooling "mocktails" will be available,
and folks can bring their own non-intoxicating beverages.
Light refreshments brought to share are always welcome!
Bring a headlamp or flashlight to find your way from car to the Fire,
along with bug spray - and wear appropriate clothing/layers.
Because it does get dark and cool/cold at night. And bugs are a given!
Camp chairs will be available.
But, bringing your own chair will help, and make setup and breakdown easier.
Space is limited at the Fire.
So you must pre-register!
The Fire is FREE!
Nevertheless, it does require time, effort, and some costs (firewood, maintenance of faciliities, insurance).
While not necessary, if you feel inclined to donate a small amount to allay these costs,
cash or Venmo @Michelle-Ryan-57 are welcome.

*RAIN DATES will be held on an evening of the scheduled weekend without RAIN - either BEFORE (Saturday night) or AFTER (Monday night). The Rain Date will be announced/emailed to registrants via email on the Friday night before the Fire.

This FIRE is multigenerational,
for women the Spring, Summer, Autumn or Winter of their Lives!
Modern multigenerational women's events are often wedding and baby showers,
a word which implies the power of water:
nourishing, gifting, cooling, soothing, pacifying.
Instead, this event is being initiated through the FIRE:
Empowering, energizing, releasing, transforming.
