YOU MAY ARRIVE AND LEAVE AT YOUR CONVENIENCE ANY TIME DURING MYSORE.
This practice space is for students with a consistent and established yoga practice, but who are also seeking community and teacher support, too. Mysore is like semi-private yoga in a group setting: you do your yoga practice (generally Ashtanga vinyasa, or a personal practice developed in conjunction with me) in community with others, with my support, teaching and inspiration. I observe students throughout, and offer guidance to individual students as needed. Students in both the virtual group and in person generally practice a yoga sequence based on the Ashtanga Primary or Intermediate series, while some include therapeutic SRY/Spinal Release Yoga in their practice, too. I am happy to support you in both our virtual shala space and in person.
Doors - both zoom/virtual and live - open at 7:45am for students who need to begin their practice a little earlier, or check in with me about any concerns or practice questions. The traditional Sanskrit Ashtanga invocation will be chanted at 8am. I'll observe all students from 8-9:45am, and give brief verbal cues and instruction when/if needed. Longer instruction/guidance will occur via private chat if required. I chant the closing Mangala Mantra around 10am, to finish the session.
