Join me in Worthington, Massachusetts, in a beautiful, bright, wood floored studio, The Playhouse at Thayer Hill, located at 112 Thayer Hill Road (see map) for an invigorating, nourishing, sensible yoga practice, combining gentle pranayama (breatwork) along with a well-rounded flowing asana sequence rooted in the teachings of TKV Krishnamacharya.

This practice incorporates a more accessible, gentler approach to Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga, and provides yoga chikitsa (yoga therapy) for mind and body. ​The emphasis is on opening and releasing through breath and movement. I offer supportive alternatives to more-challenging postures, and encouragement for students seeking a little rigor in their asana practice, too. 

​It is a yoga class for all levels, beginners to advanced. All are welcome! 


Fees are paid directly to me in person, at  a sliding scale of $10-$12-$15 - cash, check or Venmo @Michelle-Ryan-57
