NO CLASS AUGUST 27
Join me in Worthington, Massachusetts, in a beautiful, bright, wood floored studio, The Playhouse at Thayer Hill, located at 112 Thayer Hill Road (see map) for an invigorating, nourishing, sensible yoga practice, combining gentle pranayama (breatwork) along with a well-rounded flowing asana sequence rooted in the teachings of TKV Krishnamacharya, combining practices from both Vinayasa Krama and less rigorous aspects of Ashtanga Yoga.

The practice incorporates a deep but accessible approach to asana, and provides yoga chikitsa (yoga therapy) for mind and body. The main emphasis is on integrating movement with expansive, relaxed, cleansing and nourishing breathing techniques. This approach fosters a deep, instrospective experience, that helps students tap into and explore more subtle layers of the body.

I often weave in contemplations I've integrated from my own teachers within the Vedic knowledge traditions.  I offer supportive alternatives to more challenging postures, and encouragement for students seeking a little rigor in their asana practice, too. These are yoga class for all levels: ll are welcome.

Fees are paid directly to me in person, at  a need-based sliding scale $5-10-$12-$15-$20 - cash, check or Venmo @Michelle-Ryan-57
