Medicinal Hot CocoaThis cocoa is an amazingly better alternative than the dry stuff in the packets we grew up with!

Green Lentil SoupThis is my favorite Fall/Winter Lentil soup recipe to support my gut microbiome! It's inexpensive, nourishing and delicious. It's technically not "Ayurvedic" per se, as there are onions in it - and onions can be too heating and rajasic (but in Winter, that quality can be beneficial for you, depending!)
To make it more Ayurvedic, you'd omit the onions and instead use a pinch of hing or asephoetida to create the umami flavor that onion brings to many dishes.
