Ayurveda is the ancient, intact system of natural, holistic medicine of India--it promotes both our individual microcosmic wellbeing, and cultivates a deeper harmony with the greater macrocosmic whole.

Ayurveda offers a timeless and integrative form of natural healing that harmonizes body, mind and spirit, utilizing simple but profound daily lifestyle and nutrituional practices, whose benefits compound with consistency over time.

This powerful river of the knowledge (vidya) of Life (ayur) has flowed, uninterrupted and unbroken, enhancing human lives from ancient times to the present. All rivers have their source, and Ayurveda's sprang from the lands and waters of India--revealed to the indigenous ancient rishis of that land at least 5,000 years ago.

The knowledge system of Ayurveda, while not as well known here in the West as its sister science of yoga, is so very powerful, effective and true that it has survived intact, come down to us unbroken in its power to transfrom through many millennia, to today.

Having practiced these systems for decades, I can personally attest that both yoga and Ayurveda are powerfully transformative, most recently helping me navigate the generally challenging menopausal transition into my wisdom years with greater ease, so that I feel hale and hearty, with as much energy and clarity as I did in my 30s and 40s.



My goal as an Ayurvedic Health Counseler is to be a channel for this ancient, powerful knowledge, to share it with you.

As we work together, the Ayurvedic recommendations I share with you will be based on your unique and personal Ayurvedic constitution. 

But, I won't overwhelm you with a slew of complex practices or drastic dietary shifts that will be impossible to maintain!

Instead, we build your Ayurvedic knowledge sensibly and pragmatically, taking the initial steps that will be the most effective for you, and whose benefits will compound with practice -  further refining them or adding to them as needed, when you are ready, and with the shifts in both our Earthly seasons and your personal Life Seasons, too.

Because Ayurveda, the Wisdom of Life, is entirely NATURAL!

Through this natural, balanced approach and individualized focus with its holistic, seasonal practices, you'll find these simple yet effective Ayurvedic strategies will ultimately enhance your sense of wellbeing. And, you find that many of the lifestyle practices are entirely free! The benefits compound over time, so that you ultimately feel more whole and more empowered through their practice. 

Ayurveda is endless in its wisdom. I will always consider myself a student of Ayurveda (and yoga, too)! Because, like yoga, its sister science, Ayurveda is an enormous knowledge system, so you'll need a guide who has started down this path before you!

I will listen to you, work to understand and help us both see things more clearly, all to support and guide you with pragmatic Ayurvedic knowledge.   • ​Foster Your Long-term Health and Longevity by helping you learn these wise and ancient approaches to sustainable health and nutrition - that you can follow throughout your life - to maintain long-term wellness and vitality!

​Ayurveda supports our greatest longevity by empowering us to cultivate health and wholeness as we move through all the stages of our lives. Through Ayurveda, together we can:

  • Prevent Illness: You'll get guidance on preventive measures to maintain your health over the course of your life, to help arrest the onset of diseases brought on by aging, through daily routines, seasonal practices, and holistic therapies.
  • Manage Conditions: I'll offer natural, non-invasive treatments for managing and alleviating symptoms of various health conditions using dietary adjustments, lifestyle changes and sometimes herbal remedies - the majority of which have no side effects, only side-benefits!
  • Promote Seasonal Cleansing: I can guide you through a sensible, digestive toning monodiet and detoxification process in Spring and Fall, and refer you to rejuvenation therapies that further cleanse and renew the body.
  • Naturally and holistically address aging and/or the Menopause transition that sometimes are hard to navigate alone, and too often can wreak havoc on the. body, mind and spirit.
  • Enhance Your Connection with Nature: I love to teach clients simple practices that help us live more in harmony with natural rhythms and cycles, including the seasons and times of day, to support deeper connection, greater health and overall balance

​90 Minutes

SLIDING SCALE $50-$125
Based on YOUR financial comfort!
If this scale is out of your range of comfort, than choose your own donation!
 

A 90-minute meeting, ideally in person but can be done via Zoom,
to review your individualized Health Intake Form
and Develop Your Individualized Ayurvedic Recommendations.


I'll listen as you tell the story of your health journey and share your wellness goals. Together we will tease out underlying causes for any health concerns,
and come up with a simple but effective plan
you should follow for 4-6 weeks
​until we meet again for your Follow-Up.

You'll receive an extensive email recapping our meeting and sharing your Ayurvedic Recommendations, which will include some of the following:
 
Details on the "how-to"! 
Ayurvedic recipes specific to you & the season.
Links to free Ayurvedic education sources online.
 Ayurvedic product recommendations.
Simple self applied yoga practices that support you on your Ayurvedic Journey. 
& More!

All of it will encompass your personal Ayurvedic practice guide!



The Initial Consult can be done in Person or Via Zoom.
(In person meetings give me an opportunity to check your pulse and get a better read on your Ayurvedic Prakruti or natal constitution - your "Dosha")

Ayurvedic Follow-Up Meeting:
​60 Minutes

SLIDING SCALE $25-$75
Based on YOUR financial comfort!
If this scale is out of your range of comfort, than choose your own donation!
 

This 60 minute meeting is scheduled at the end of your Initial Consult 
for 4-6 weeks later.

Follow Up Meetings may also be scheduled any time by past clients who have gone through the Initial Consult/Follow Up Process before!

(A great time to do 3rd, 4th etc Follow-Ups is twice annually,
around the early Fall and during Late Spring)

Our Follow up Meeting can be done via Zoom! 

We will check your progress and hone your Recommendations together.
​You'll share what worked (and what maybe didn't).
I'll answer questions that might have come up in the last 4-6 weeks.
We will make additions or adjustment to your Initial Ayurvedic recommendations, based on your needs, and/or the shifts in the seasons.

You'll receive an email with Follow-Up Recommendations and/or Changes to your Initial Plan.

Cancelation Policy:

I get it, sometimes life gets in the way!
However, cancelation is required at least 24 hours before scheduled appointments,
whether in person or on zoom.

If you do not email or call to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before,

you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.
Our practice spaces are located on the unceded lands of the Nipmuc, Pocumtuck and Mohican peoples.
